Pianista, tecladista, compositor, profesor y productor de música.
Es egresado de la Escuela de Música Popular de Avellaneda (1997) y del Berklee College of Music (2001).
Entre 1998 y 2003 vivió y trabajó profesionalmente en Boston y Chicago (USA).
Ha compartido grabaciones, shows y diversas producciones musicales con Escalandrum, Guillermo Klein, Piazzolla Electrónico, ONMA Juan de Dios Filiberto, Lucio Balduini, Litto Nebbia, La Bomba de Tiempo, y Octafonic, entre otros.
Tiene catorce discos editados al frente de sus diferentes grupos, con formaciones como el Ensamble Real Book Argentina, Esteban Sehinkman Trio, Mutable, Pájaro de fuego y Versus.
Es creador del Real Book Argentina (proyecto sin fines de lucro que recopila y difunde partituras escritas por compositores enrolados dentro de las vastas fronteras estilísticas del jazz argentino).
Ha recibido ocho Premios Gardel con los distintos proyectos que ha integrado, y ha sido distinguido como "tecladista del año" en cuatro ediciones de la encuesta anual que realiza el magazine musical especializado "El Intruso". |

Esteban Sehinkman, is a pianist, keyboard player, composer, professor and producer of music.
He graduated from the Escuela de Música Popular de Avellaneda (1997) and the Berklee College of Music (2001).
Between 1998 and 2003 he lived and worked professionally in Boston and Chicago (USA).
He has shared recordings, shows and various musical productions with Escalandrum, Guillermo Klein, Piazzolla Electrónico, ONMA Juan de Dios Filiberto, Lucio Balduini, Litto Nebbia, La Bomba de Tiempo, and Octafonic, among others.
He has released fourteen albums leading his different groups, with formations such as the Ensamble Real Book Argentina, Esteban Sehinkman Trio, Mutable, Pájaro de fuego and Versus.
He is the creator of Real Book Argentina (a non-profit project that collects and distributes scores written by composers enrolled within the vast stylistic boundaries of Argentine jazz).
He has received eight Gardel Awards for the various projects he has been involved in, and has been distinguished as "keyboardist of the year" in four editions of the annual survey carried out by the specialized music magazine "El Intruso." |
